Overseas Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced the opening of its new European representative office in Geneva, Switzerland on August 25, 2011. The new office is operated by OCC subsidiary Overseas Corporate Solutions Ltd and located in the World Trade Center, Geneva. The Geneva operation is headed by Benjamin Guyot, Doctor in Law and Master in International Economic Law (Paris I Sorbonne). Dr. Guyot has vast experience in the field of banking and commercial law and will offer his expertise to OCC clients throughout Europe.
